Introduce yourself in a telephone or video call
Once you successfully pass pre-screening, we will invite you for a telephone interview lasting 10 to 15 minutes. Help us get a better sense of who you are.
STEP FOUR
Take part in our assessments
If, on the basis of our conversation, we'd like to discover more, we will email you some online tests. These help us get a better insight into your abilities. The tests may vary based on the position you apply for.
STEP THREE
Help us get to know you in an interview
At this stage, we invite you for a face-to-face interview, with 3-5 of our colleagues and lasting 30-90 minutes. Through this live discussion we want to get to know you better, understand your motivation for a particular position as well as your technical knowledge that might be required for the position you applied for.
Time for us to make the decision After completing all selection phases, we come to a decision on which candidate fits the position best. All candidates receive feedback on why they were chosen or not.

What are the test types that you are using in selection process? We use aptitude tests, situational judgement tests, group and individual simulation exercises, and role plays during the selection process. Regardless of the position you are applying for, all information about the associated tests will be provided in advance, along with instructions on the actions you will need to undertake.
Have you received my application? In order to apply for a position at Coca-Cola HBC, you should create a profile on our careers website: LINK and apply for the position you are interested in. Once you have created a profile, you will be automatically notified of each step in the application and selection process. So, if you applied for a position, you should receive an email confirming this (in the inbox of the email you used to create the profile).
